Dawie Hyman, Founder and CEO
With degrees in engineering and theology—and executive experience at some of the world’s largest nonprofit organizations—Dawie (pronounced dah-veeh) spent his career anchored in one principle: Humans First. Dawie sees technology as a practical force-multiplier, helping teams pursue audacious goals with clearer focus, stronger capabilities, and less friction.
A lifelong student of both the technical and the humane, he brings a bold but practical leadership style—focused on the clearest, most effective solutions and measurable impact. He loves to travel whenever the chance presents itself, and thanks to ubiquitous internet, he now lives off-grid in Northern California with his Border Collie / Great Pyrenees, Daemon. Humans First, yes, and dogs a close second 😊
Danielle Samson, Technical Delivery Lead & Senior Business Analyst
Danielle is a dedicated problem-solver who thrives on building strong relationships with everyone she works with. She takes the time to understand their unique needs and works collaboratively to develop thoughtful, effective solutions that deliver real value. Committed and trusted, she is a passionate advocate for the clients and teams she works with. Danielle also loves the technical side of her work and enjoys quiet mornings tinkering with logic in the North Yorkshire Moors, where she lives, finding inspiration in both challenge and calm, although border collies and rescue cats make that hard.
Sam Farnworth, Software Developer/Analyst
Sam is a Software Developer and Analyst with a first-class degree in Computer Science and a strong appreciation for well-structured systems. They enjoy the full lifecycle of problem-solving, from rapid investigation and fixing what’s broken to thoughtfully building long-term solutions that prevent issues before they start.
They’re especially drawn to data: how to interpret it, organize it, and turn it into software solutions that are both useful and durable. Their work is grounded in clarity and intention, with an emphasis on building tools and reports that teams can trust and grow with. They’re also unafraid to iterate and adapt based on feedback in pursuit of the best possible solution.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys interactive and technical hobbies that often blur the line between play and problem-solving, including personal coding projects and data explorations inspired by the games and systems they’re interested in. They value steady improvement, smart design, and the kind of progress that compounds over time.
Joseph Ang, DevOps and Systems Engineer
Joseph’s career spans customer service, enterprise networking, infrastructure automation, server architecture, and web development, all anchored in a simple principle: technology should make life easier. His thinking is shaped by studies in computer science, physics, and mathematics, along with early influences from running gaming servers, leading competitive robotics, and a lifelong curiosity for how systems work.
A builder and systems thinker, he creates solutions that are efficient, practical, and tailored to real‑world needs. He experiments with emerging tools and open‑source software, runs AI models on his own hardware, and explores how intelligent systems can evolve into reliable, human‑centered infrastructure.
He believes technology should meaningfully improve human life — especially in healthcare, where smarter systems can expand access and reduce friction. Joseph lives in downtown Los Angeles, where he continues to host his own web services and refine the servers that keep his world running.
Grace Miller, Project Manager
Grace is a certified project manager with more than 25 years of experience in project and operations management. She brings a proven record of leading complex initiatives, streamlining processes, and strengthening organizational training and operational systems. She thrives in fast‑paced environments and is known for her attention to detail, strategic mindset, and collaborative leadership.
Coaching and mentoring staff are two of her greatest professional passions. She is dedicated to building high‑performing teams and fostering a culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to excel.
After more than two decades in Los Angeles, Grace and her husband relocated to the Pacific Northwest several years ago, where they are enjoying the cooler climate and natural beauty. Outside of work, she is an avid animal rescuer and proud dog mom to Beau the Beagle, a survivor of an animal testing lab.
Erik van Eeden, Senior Software Developer/Analyst
Erik holds a National Diploma in Software Development and has over 14 years of experience as a developer, with the last 12 years proudly spent as part of the Veritimo team. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for being dependable, detail-oriented, and solution focused.
His strongest technical skill is SQL, and he thrives on working with data — from building and optimising queries to developing robust data importing and processing systems. Erik has a particular passion for digging into data and uncovering errors, often tracing complex issues back to their root cause with persistence and precision.
He approaches every request with the mindset that there is always a solution, no matter the size or complexity of the task. He takes pride in seeing challenges through to completion and delivering results that are reliable, practical, and effective.
Outside of work, Erik is a family man, happily married with two daughters and a son whom he loves dearly. He is also an avid racing pigeon fancier, a pastime that mirrors his professional values of patience, discipline, attention to detail, and long-term dedication.
Michael Taylor, Developer/Analyst
Michael is a senior IT professional with over 30 years of experience in systems and data strategy. His career has been largely defined by his work within the Microsoft platform, where he focuses on building reliable structures that help organizations manage their data and operations more effectively.
Michael specializes in navigating complex technical migrations and optimizing infrastructure to ensure long-term stability. He approaches technology with a practical mindset, favoring solutions that are functional, secure, and built to solve real-world business problems.
Outside of his technical work, Michael has a long-standing interest in philosophy and linguistics, particularly the study of Sanskrit and Vedic texts. His experience in building high-level data structures together with his keen interest in the naturally structured Sanskrit alphabet, has led him to develop a custom phonetic alphabet which he hopes to publish soon. He also enjoys writing and is currently working on a fantasy novel – or his sci-fi novel – or his supernatural horror novel.
Based in Mossel Bay, Michael enjoys time with his wife and family, their sweet cat named Ember, and the beauty of the Garden Route. When he isn’t working on business solutions and data strategies, or spending time with the family, he can usually be found mid-way through a creative project or a new book.
Liam Venter, Developer/Analyst
With a degree in Software Engineering and a strong appreciation for practical, well-designed solutions, Liam approaches his work with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and real-world impact. He enjoys turning complex problems into systems that are simple to use, easy to maintain, and built to support people rather than slow them down.
Liam brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to his work, balancing curiosity with discipline and always aiming for solutions that make life a little easier for the teams who rely on them. He is especially drawn to projects where technology supports meaningful goals and long-term growth.
Outside of work, Liam is passionate about fitness and staying active, and spends as much time as possible with his dog, who firmly believes all walks should be longer and all breaks should involve snacks. He values consistency, progress, and showing up every day, whether that is in code, training, or life.
Taylor Hodgson, Business & Systems Analyst
Taylor is a proactive and detailed-orientated Business and Systems Analyst with 4 years of experience supporting and leading teams across multiple client engagements. She enjoys collaborating with business partners to understand their goals and uncover ways the team can add value. She works to ensure those needs are clearly communicated to and delivered by the team, while actively seeking opportunities to create more seamless processes and efficient implementations.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, practicing hot yoga, and sharing new experiences with those close to her. She values meaningful connection, balance, and thoughtful moments both in and out of the workplace.
